We tried to resume a normal life for the sake of our sanity and that of our children. It was summertime, and they needed to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air, to play on their water slide and go on adventures.

Our lives also revolved around gravity feeds, incessantly saying “No Jude” every time his hand remotely moved toward his nose, repeatedly replacing his NG tube, and an inordinate amount of projectile vomiting, which led to a massive amount of laundry.
We were home less than 2 weeks before we were readmitted
Feeding intolerance. We were readmitted for feeding intolerance, because Jude could not handle the 1200ml/day set forth by both his Endocrinologist and Nephrologist.
